What a busy & merry little holiday time it has been round these (now quite cold and snowy- yesterday our windchill was -3 degrees!) parts. I do hope everyone had a most restful and magical Christmas and New Years and that 2012 holds many creative and splendid things for you all!!

I've been waddling merrily along with our now-walking-toddling one year old...and she's off!!!! I can hardly believe how quickly this past year has gone, and how much our wee one has grown and changed...it makes me all at once joyous and melancholy- a funny sort of feeling, which I'm sure I'll learn to embrace more as the years pass. I do feel like the luckiest mama on earth, and thank goodness for this past year (which has been the best I've ever had)!
I'm also hoping to do a little more painting work and shop related endeavors in the coming months, and re-organizing my little craft space is something I'm going to try to work on soon, so that I can have my paints and papers and canvases and things available-ready-and-waiting to work with when I get a spare moment....and all the while keep everything baby-safe, too (a bit of a tall order, but we shall see)! tee hee
I'll be back soon with a little baby-related craftling project to share!
